Born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, Andrew Bain is proud to be a second-generation Realtor, following in his father’s footsteps after more than 40 years of success in the Sarnia-Lambton community. Katie was born in Sarnia and grew up in Brigden, Ontario. From a very early age, a precocious interest towards financial literacy evolved into a deep passion for investment properties and the real estate market.
This enthusiasm led her to pursue a career in the real estate field, officially becoming a licensed Realtor in 2017. With a background in Human Resources and Marketing, Katie brings a unique blend of skills to her real estate career, allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level while effectively marketing properties.
Outside of her professional life, you can find her enjoying a plethora of hobbies; from playing musical instruments to cooking gourmet meals and decorating elaborately detailed desserts. She is a proud mother of a son and a daughter, and cherishes every moment spent with her partner and children. Katie constantly strives for greatness in every aspect of her life, and it is this consistent pursuit of personal development, knowledge and excellence that reinforces her capabilities to serve her clients.
